Transfer Your Credits

First, review the following list of questions:

1. Was the institution you attended regionally accredited? 俄亥俄只接受来自高等教育委员会(CHEA)认可的地区认可机构的学分转移. You can visit chea.org 搜索有关贵机构认证的信息或直接联系贵机构获取认证信息.

If an incoming course is pending evaluation, the course status will be “no rule” on your transfer credit evaluation report. Please note that you have received credit for these courses, they are just pending evaluation. If the course has been evaluated, the information will be listed under equivalent course, units, and grade. There are several possible outcomes:

Each OHIO academic college counts only a certain amount of TECE credit toward graduation. Check with your academic college for more specific information in this regard.

The course(s) in question is pending evaluation. While you have received credit for this work, it does not appear on your DARS because it has not yet been evaluated. 在录取或收到成绩单后，可能需要3-10个工作日对学分进行评估. If it has been longer than 3-10 business days, please send an email to transfercredit@aprender-a-bailar.com with your contact information and course details, and we will reach back out. Additional information may be required before the articulation process can be completed.

Contact your academic advisor and explain your concerns. Students can present additional information regarding previous coursework, such as course syllabi and a portfolio of completed assignments, to clarify the learning outcomes achieved in the course. 学生需要提供课程描述和/或教学大纲的副本，以便重新评估.
